Now a days when i am running own NGO in Bihar and working for different social issues like education, health, Nasha Mukti, women empowerment, livelihood, Sports, and Environment and Revive Himalaya is one of it.

To keep my passion i work as a freelance guide to lead the groups for trek, expedition and other kind of tours. Taking the experience and challenges 2022 onwards i have started a project as cleaning Himalayan garbage with the help of my NGO, Friends, porters and guests. Our mountains needs to be clean so that we can give Himalaya to our next generation what we have received from our ancestors.

To make mountaineers and trekkers aware of its importance i also take help of of Spiritual knowledge which leave a sound impact basically on local people, i do Ram Katha to give them another aspect of Himalaya and its impact on their life.

As Asst. Manager. Adventure my job was to mange things in office as well as in ground. So right from operation to handling group in ground personally made my job more practical and interesting, where i could learn basic challenge of ground while leading group and which i don't presume sitting in the office only. At every single step like dealing with Govt. Authorities to Porters what best best can be done to make tourist a memorable trip so that they can take a lifetime image of om country and send more tourist to India.

Because my company is basically inbound company so it handles more than 95% overseas guest across the globe so it helped to learn different interests of guests of different countries.

I not only worked in mountain but also special interest tours like Bike tour, Cycle tour, Tea Tour, Wildlife tours, Educational tours, Social Welfare tours etc.
