
Senior public sector and financial services executive with more than 26 years of leadership experience driving economic development, public policy, fiscal reform, banking strategy and investment promotion in Brazil.
Currently serving as Director of International Relations and Investment Attraction at Desenvolve Sergipe, leading the state’s strategy to attract domestic and foreign investment, strengthen international partnerships and promote sustainable economic growth.
Previously served as Secretary of Finance of the State of Sergipe, where he led fiscal recovery efforts that restored the regular payment of public servants’ salaries and contributed to a nearly 10% increase in state tax revenues. Also served as Director of Credit and Banking Services at Banco do Estado de Sergipe, overseeing a credit portfolio exceeding BRL 4 billion, and held senior leadership positions at Banco do Nordeste, one of Latin America’s largest regional development banks.
Brings extensive experience in designing and implementing public policies, leading institutional reforms, strengthening corporate governance and delivering economic development initiatives through collaboration between government, financial institutions and the private sector.
