My name is Alcemir, I am a Brazilian Solution Architect with more than 15 years of experience in software development and enterprise solutions. Over the course of my career, I have worked across multiple industries — from education to telecom and large-scale consulting — consistently delivering robust, scalable, and reliable systems. Throughout this journey, I've grown from developing complete systems single-handedly to leading technical teams and defining architecture strategies for global organizations.

My technical expertise includes Java, Spring Boot, WebFlux (Reactive Programming), PostgreSQL, OracleDB, MongoDB, EventBrokers (Kafka), Rest APIs, microservices and cloud-native solutions. I have successfully led system refactoring initiatives that delivered significant performance improvements and cost savings for clients, while ensuring scalability and maintainability. As a Solution Architect, I am passionate about exploring new approaches and technologies that improve efficiency and reduce costs, always seeking to deliver more value with fewer resources. I am naturally curious and driven to learn continuously — currently expanding my skills in AI, Rust (it's hard ), and emerging technologies.

What motivates me is the constant pursuit of innovation, learning, and optimization. Whether it is adopting new technologies, applying better methodologies, or refining processes, my goal is to drive measurable results for clients and teams.
