I have a background in the editorial coordination of research and projects focusing on crucial issues such as human rights, labor conditions, and production chains. My role also encompasses consulting, new business development, and the creation of compelling technical and commercial proposals.

I coordinated research on 'Labor Conditions in the Fashion Production Chain' and 'Slave Labor and Rights Violations in Large-Scale Construction Projects,' for clients such as the C&A Institute and Escola da Cidade.

I have a strong background in planning, structuring, and executing consulting projects in communication and sustainability management. As an Executive Editor, I was responsible for coordinating a team of 20 professionals in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

My experience includes developing and executing strategic sustainability management and communication plans, stakeholder mapping and engagement, editorial coordination of sustainability reports, and designing and delivering training programs on communication and sustainability, including GRI guidelines and engagement processes.

I also managed knowledge within the company by mapping internal processes and creating process manuals. Furthermore, I produced articles for Brasil Sustentável magazine.

My key clients included prominent organizations such as Vale, Fundo Vale, Petrobras, Itaú, Bradesco, Coca-Cola, C&A, and the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS).

My experience includes the development of comprehensive sustainability management strategies and the editorial coordination of impactful sustainability reports. I played a significant role as one of the key individuals responsible for developing the content of the world's first certified course by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

Furthermore, I coordinated and edited the publication 'Reflections of the Working Group for the dissemination of the G3 guidelines of the GRI,' a significant outcome of the initial GRI G3 discussions. I also developed the methodology for the Tear Program, aimed at implementing social responsibility practices in Brazilian SMEs, an initiative by the Ethos Institute. My skills extend to the application of various tools for the thorough evaluation of sustainability reports.
