Analysis of the Loss Profile of Ore Shipment at the Port of Madeira. Elaboration and
management of D-1 meetings and systemic treatment with the disciplines of the Port.
Execution of TAFs (Analysis Processing)
of Failures) by collecting the field information of asset failure events.
Perform analysis of the database of equipment failures at the Port of Madeira, to generate performance improvement projects.

Responsible for FF, HART, PROFIBUS, MODBUS and I&G network certifications; - Supervise field team; - Schneider foxboro IA Archestra DCS configuration, with interface of
communication Profibus, modbus, hart, Foundation Fieldbus;- Preparation of Technical Reports and investigation of causes of Trip in the Plant
Abreu e Lima Refinery in order to keep the plant in operation;- Act in the configuration of the Schneider Foxboro DCS database;- Elaboration/configuration of the AI foxview system screens;- Perform the Field Acceptance Tests of the Schneider Foxboro DCS System;- Monitor the mesh tests of the equipment that will be integrated into the
Schneider automation;- Validate the interconnection of panels to the Schneider DCS system;- Give technical support to EPC's and assemblers in the conditioning phases, pre-conditioning, pre-conditioning,
operation and assisted operation;- Validate the mechanical, electrical and interconnection installation in the field of equipment,
assembly of valves, positioners and calibration of them;- Monitor the Loop Test of the instruments;- Supervise the Physical Installation of the Schneider panels
