I have a strong background in pharmacology and drug therapy, which allows me to provide accurate, evidence-based recommendations to healthcare professionals and patients. In addition, I have specialized knowledge in drug handling, including the preparation of custom formulations, specific doses and drug combinations.
As a clinical pharmacist, my priority is patient safety. I strive to ensure that all medications are properly prepared and labeled, following appropriate guidelines and regulations. I am also committed to educating patients about their medications, including possible side effects, drug interactions and appropriate use.

• Analysis of medical prescriptions (identification of prescription errors, identification of drug interactions);
• Verification of individualized doses in the dispensing of the medical prescription for nursing, in order to avoid medication errors;
• Medication validation;
• Support and management of pharmacy assistants and technicians;

• Inventory management;
• Evaluation of the medical prescription, regarding the dose and route of administration;
• Analysis of the calculations made to achieve the chosen dose;
• Pharmaceutical compounding of sterile medications in personalized doses, such as antibiotics, saline therapy, among others, medication compounding, and supervision of chemotherapy medication compounding;
• Pharmaceutical compounding and production of non-sterile medications, sanitizers and antiseptics;
• Unitization of medication doses, including fractionation, subdivision, and transformation of pharmaceutical forms;
• Performance of pharmaceutical care in the dispensing of supportive chemotherapy;
• Multidisciplinary follow-up, clinical care for cancer patients;
• Standardization, development or establishment of procedures for receiving, storing, conserving, and transporting pharmaceutical supplies and medications;
