This department is responsable to create and adjust the solution available to clients. Those are technologies applied in agriculture to monitor and improve the planting and crop process using data process to create better logistics to the operations. The coordination and planning are made and, then designed to other sectors where, they perform their jobs and returning us a prototype or some projects to be discussed about some modification. With all phases done, we may have some prototype to test and consequently a new product or service to adaptend some need of our clients. Furthermore, logical and functional improvements are created to get better results to existent products and systems.

This experience enabled me to work into different departments and execute many different tasks as follow-up of productive processes to point out possible improvements, acting in the technical assistance, collaborate in the quality control department, acting in the department of product development.

Work in those different departments made possible to acquire and apply many skills. Those were used to collect and analyze different information obtained into the fabrication process, technical knowledge in electronic circuits and equipments, coordination and participation into projects.

In this enterprise I got some responsibilities as new products composition, generation of production's orders to the factory, copy alteration formulaties, documents storage, generate of needs from factory's production, project modification, print and read industrial projects, projects construction. This work made possible to deal with different softwares to handle with the demand of the proction. Also, direct communication with different levels of workers, to improve and modify the production.
