Job Description:

• Communication & Problem-Solving: Serve as the main point of contact for in-app families and community leaders, efficiently resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication across all channels.
• Event Design & Execution: Lead the design and execution of online activation activities, tracking and analyzing event outcomes to optimize future initiatives and enhance user engagement.
• User Experience & Feedback: Proactively engage with family groups to gather feedback on their experiences, utilizing this data to refine internal processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to produce detailed reports, offering targeted solutions to enhance the user experience and increase satisfaction among VIP and general users.
• Agency Communication & Development: Maintain strong relationships with agencies, assisting in improving broadcaster quality and live streaming rates, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities with both existing and new agencies.
• VIP User Service: Establish and manage the VIP user service system, ensuring a top-tier service experience that meets the needs of VIP users and boosts their engagement and consumption through continuous experience optimization.
• Support & Training: Operate support groups, provide one-on-one training for live users, host workshops, clarify event rules, and promote events to maximize participation and understanding.
• Management & Strategy: Keep management informed of group account statuses, challenges, and progress, involving key personnel when necessary, and developing structured systems for the recruitment and management of Starmaker Hosts and Agencies. Offer insights and strategies based on data analysis and performance tracking to empower host growth.

• Researching new advertising opportunities and providing recommendations to management on which ones are best for the company's goals
• Analyzing performance data to identify trends and patterns in order to improve campaign effectiveness
• Monitoring competitor activity in order to identify any new strategies that may affect business goals
• Executing advertising campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, or mobile devices
• Partnering with other departments to ensure that all advertising campaigns meet objectives set by other departments such as sales or leads generated
• Creating and managing landing pages and conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness
• Creating reports detailing campaign results and making recommendations for future campaigns
• Analyzing customer data to identify potential customers who may be interested in the company's products or services
• Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies to improve website traffic and sales

• Writing Copy for Facebook Ads
• Creating some graphics for Facebook Ads
• Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads
• Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
• Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
• Testing variations of ads to determine best performing
• Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
• Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
• Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
