Powderly has never received that since the achievement was created. Which i am very proud of and have been striving for since the beginning of my career with World Finance in April 2013. I am a very motivated team player as I am always glad to help any office with assistance when needed, by either helping with phone calls from my location or in person when short staffed. I have even reached out to KY6 in the past to offer assistance with helpful motivation and offer my knowledge of policies and guidance to help them be more successful. I have also had a successful promotion from within. Tabatha Hocker was promoted to Branch Manager of Morgantown, Ky in fall of 2024. That branch also received a OWE invite this year. I also helped train Veronica Whitely who is now manager of Beaver Dam, KY even though she was promoted from under another managers roll I was with her for her first 7 months. After that she was still trained with Powderly's guidance as her manager came from this office and we trained side by side together for several years. I also have more tenured managers than my self reach out to me for guidance from time to time. Since becoming manager of the Powderly office in January 2022 this office has proven to be very successful, it has grown in accounts and ledger year over year. It maintains delinquency and bad debt, as well as in taxes filed being up year over year.
