I am a psychologist, graduated in 2020, actively seeking new professional challenges. During my internships, I gained field experience in Human Resources, where I worked in the recruitment process, learned to identify potential candidates, and enhanced my skills. I also interned in the fields of Education, Social Services, Health, and Clinical Psychology. My psychology training has given me a deep understanding of human subjectivity and helped me to better understand the complexities of human behavior.
Additionally, I have experience in sales, having worked in face-to-face sales at Léo Ótica and as a real estate credit consultant for Porto Seguro. I have a solid knowledge of languages, including English, Spanish, and German, and I plan to start studying French soon. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Clinical Sexology.
I am looking for opportunities to further develop my skills in psychology and to build on my experience in customer service, where I learned to meet clients' needs in a humanized and efficient way.
Curiosity and the desire to learn are what drive me. I am eager to contribute meaningfully to a professional environment and to develop my skills further, growing together with my team to create something incredible!
I worked as a Credit Consultant for real estate, automobiles, and heavy vehicles, where I made calls and explained the options for consortia and financing to clients. I was responsible for conducting simulations and providing detailed information, as well as participating in team meetings and handling sales closures, always aiming to meet clients' needs with efficiency and clarity. I also worked extensively with leads to identify potential customers and guide them through the best solutions available.
Due to the onset of the pandemic, internships at the end of the course became challenging. The clinical internship was conducted in a hybrid format at the SIP (Integrated Psychology Service) of Universidade Potiguar. During my work, I practiced active listening, responded to patients' needs, carried out activities tailored to their requirements, and, when necessary, referred them to qualified professionals according to their needs.
Working as a sales associate at Léo Ótica, my daily routine included customer service, sales, and product organization. Additionally, I assisted in organizing optical materials. This experience taught me the importance of customer service and organizational efficiency.
During my internship at soft drink factory Dore in the Human Resources department, I had the opportunity to closely observe the entire operational process of a factory. My responsibilities included assisting in HR tasks, supporting the recruitment process, exploring organizational alternatives to improve workflow dynamics, and, most importantly, developing strategies to create a more efficient environment for the factory's employees.
The educational internship was conducted at a municipal school in the city of Parnamirim. During this experience, we focused on addressing students' needs, preparing reports, delivering lectures, and organizing educational activities specifically designed for the adolescent audience.
During the internship, I worked with users from the local area and its surroundings, who sought assistance from the CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Center) for family and social issues. Additionally, the CRAS offered various workshops and lectures, and my group was responsible for organizing presentations on a range of topics. The internship continued until the end of the third semester of my degree.
