• Ensure F&B Service standards are consistently implemented.
• Take guest feedback on the food, beverages and service, and address any concerns or issues in a positive manner.
• Ensure F&B standards and SOPs are always followed.
• Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner and assist with table reservation and seating.
