

Orthopaedic surgeon with over six years of experience in trauma and orthopaedic surgery, managing a broad range of acute and elective conditions. Operative experience includes hip fracture fixation (extracapsular fractures), hemiarthroplasty for intracapsular fractures, tibial intramedullary nailing, ankle fracture fixation, and distal radius and ulna fracture management.
Experienced in acute trauma care, peri-operative management, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Committed to delivering safe, patient-centred care while maintaining high clinical standards. Main Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To act under supervision of Orthopaedic Consultant in provision of Orthopaedic service and to support Orthopaedic Consultants in their duties.
2. To assess and clerk patients from Emergency Department.
3. To attend daily ward rounds with Orthopaedic team.
4. To review patients on regular basis in accordance with plan of care made by attending consultant and inform consultant of any issues or problems.
5. Document review findings in clinical notes in timely and legible manner.
6. To cover Operating Room duties as assigned.
7. To attend to pre and post-operative work.
8. To write orders as required for e.g. Radiology, Laboratory.
9. To discharge patients safely.
10. To respond to any adverse occurrences e.g. injuries, falls, sudden illnesses etc, suffered by patients, visitors or staff.
11. Participate in audits and current research projects.
12. Attending active weekly lectures, radiology meetings and unit presentations.
13. Maintaining a good working relationship with existing staff members in hospital
