Working on Automatic Tray Return System (ATRS) at Lucknow International Airport.

Managing site and Clients.

I Had been done the project (Installation and commissioning) of ATRS.

• Operation & Maintenance of the security products at Muscat International Airport in OMAN.
• Products include HS10080 Edx-2is, HS10080 EDtS, HS145180, HS 145180 2is, HS100100V-2is, HS6040 2is, HS 6046si ,WTMD , HHMD,IONSCAN500DT & IONSCAN 600.
• To handle the shift and to look after the maintenance of X-Ray Baggage Inspection Systems under 24x7 criteria.
• Providing effective customer support and rendered quality service to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Effectively handle breakdown calls; proactively identify and rectify.
• Hardware and Software installation and up gradation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
• Installation of workstations and provide useful software as per requirement of the customer.
• Repairing activities without much monitoring and other support.
• Reporting to In-charge (Site Supervisor) about daily shift activities and Spare requirement.
• Regular planning and executing Preventive/Breakdown/General Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Equipment’s (Inline EDX-2IS machine, CXS, Workstation).
• Preparing Checklist Report, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report.
• Spare Management, Inventory Control, Shutdown Planning, Development and History Analysis of equipment.
• Proper Handover and take over shift.

• Executing the maintenance and troubleshooting of Inline EDtS machine and Conventional machine. Installation, Repairs and Maintenance of Smiths Heimann X-Ray machines like EDtS, CXS, IONSCAN 500DT and WTMD.
• Attending the Break down and resolve the issue by troubleshooting and Informing to in charge about unresolved issue.
• Troubleshooting of breakdown by following the manual or by co-operation of technical shift in charge depend upon situation
• Making the Service Report after resolving the breakdown and Preventive Report

• Maintenance of BHS system as per schedule at various locations to prevent from Breakdown.
• Troubleshooting Mechanical issue of Roller conveyor and Belt conveyor
• Maintenance of Motor, Lifter (Nerak Lift, Hoist , Alignment and troubleshooting the problem of Check-in counter , Alignment of Belt conveyor and fire shutter door
• Maintaining the Checklist of operations and maintenance (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly) and Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly report.
• Preparation, Reviewing, Approval & Implementation of Inspection & Test Plans
