  • Key responsibilities:
  • Railway embankments, subgrade, blanket formation work, slope dressing, and turfing monitoring, and subsequently consult with the client to accelerate the work further.
  • Construction of minor bridges, culverts, and drains is held between the target formation stretch.
  • Proctoring ground improvements over soft marine clay by the Vibro-stone column installation method, subsequently following preloading works to achieve optimum settlement before the construction of embankments.

  • Project highlights: - MTHL, being the longest six-lane sea bridge (21.8 km) in India, connecting Mumbai with Navi Mumbai, has been divided into three packages.
  • The 2nd package of 7.807 km was awarded to Tata Projects Ltd. & Daewoo EnC JV.
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Site planning review, supervision, and execution of cast in-situ integral pier head segments and large pier head.
  • Segments, on bearing pier head, segments in the marine and intertidal zone, and land zone.
  • Responsible for foreseeing and minimizing risk due to work at heights and marine works.
  • Planning and delivery of diaphragm walls and two major ramps at Shivajinagar interchange (land zone).
  • Delivery of crash barriers for a total stretch of 12 km.
  • Successful delivery of longitudinal and transverse modular expansion joints in record time.
  • Resource management: worked with 5 mobile cranes and 120 workers at peak.

  • Key Responsibilities: I am responsible for:
  • Major Bridge on the Bhagirathi River – (412 meters span) bridge over the river.
  • The work consists of 10. Meter, 9.5 meters. Dia of the Well Foundation.
  • Checking of working drawings, Bar Bending Schedule, work and reinforcement checking as per approved drawings at the site, and quality control during construction, checking, and recording of measurements.
  • Checking the sinking of the well foundation.
  • All Well foundations are in the Water Zone, with very high water current.
  • Reconciliation of Reinforcement and Concrete.

  • Checking of 3 no. minor bridges - 24.6 mtr span, 2x2 box culvert, pipe culvert, and slab culvert.
  • Checking reinforcement and from the work of Open Foundation, Raft, Abutment Shaft, Abutment Cap, Pedestal, Elastomeric bearing, RCC Girder, and Deck Slab.
  • Making all measurement sheets of concrete and steel for each component of the bridge and culvert.
  • Carried out survey work using modern survey equipment, like Auto Level.
  • Preparation of the subcontractor bill as per the executed work on site.
