• Project highlights: - Lining of 104 km railway track with the design and construction of civil, building, and track works for a double-line railway involving formation in embankments/cuttings, bridges, and structures.
• Key responsibilities:
• Railway embankments, subgrade, blanket formation work, slope dressing, and turfing monitoring, and subsequently consult with the client to accelerate the work further.
• Construction of minor bridges, culverts, and drains is held between the target formation stretch.
• Proctoring ground improvements over soft marine clay by the Vibro-stone column installation method, subsequently following preloading works to achieve optimum settlement before the construction of embankments.

• Project: MTHL PKG II (Mumbai Trans Harbour Link)
• Value: INR 5,600 crore.
• Client: MMRDA.
• Project highlights: - MTHL, being the longest six-lane sea bridge (21.8 km) in India, connecting Mumbai with Navi Mumbai, has been divided into three packages.
• The 2nd package of 7.807 km was awarded to Tata Projects Ltd. & Daewoo EnC JV.
• Key responsibilities:
• Site planning review, supervision, and execution of cast in-situ integral pier head segments and large pier head.
• Segments, on bearing pier head, segments in the marine and intertidal zone, and land zone.
• Responsible for foreseeing and minimizing risk due to work at heights and marine works.
• Planning and delivery of diaphragm walls and two major ramps at Shivajinagar interchange (land zone).
• Delivery of crash barriers for a total stretch of 12 km.
• Successful delivery of longitudinal and transverse modular expansion joints in record time.
• Resource management: worked with 5 mobile cranes and 120 workers at peak.
• Preparation and on-time delivery of subcontractor bills.
• Completion of cast-in-situ segments at the marine zone.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Execution of work as per the specified drawing.
• Monitoring highway construction activities (PQC, DLC, GSB, subgrade, embankment, etc.).
• Monitoring of structural activities, like minor bridges, box culverts, pipe culverts, retaining walls, toe walls, drains, etc.
• Planning and scheduling the work at the site.

• Project Name: Four-laning of the Baharampore–Farakka section of NH-34 from KM 191.416 to KM 294.684 in the state of West Bengal under Phase III on a Design, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) toll basis.
• Client: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
• Concessionaire: Baharampore-Farakka Highway Ltd.
• Project highlights – ROB’s, Bridge over River (412 meters). Well foundation, minor bridge, and culverts.
• Key Responsibilities: I am responsible for:
• Major Bridge on the Bhagirathi River – (412 meters span) bridge over the river.
• The work consists of 10. Meter, 9.5 meters. Dia of the Well Foundation.
• Checking of working drawings, Bar Bending Schedule, work and reinforcement checking as per approved drawings at the site, and quality control during construction, checking, and recording of measurements.
• Checking the sinking of the well foundation.
• All Well foundations are in the Water Zone, with very high water current.
• Reconciliation of Reinforcement and Concrete.

• Project Name: Design and Construction of an Important Bridge across the river Sone (approximate length 3.06 km), its approaches (on both sides), and other miscellaneous works for a double-track electrified railway line on a Design-Build Lump Sum Basis between Sonnagar (Rly. Km. 549) and Dehri-on-Sone (Rly. Km. 554) Railway Stations on the Mughalsarai-Sonnagar Section of the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor.

• Project Cost: 249.86 Crores INR.
• Key Responsibilities: I am responsible for.
• Checking of the major bridge from the foundation to the sub-structure.
• The work consists of a 7-meter diameter well foundation, 92 piers, and 2 abutments.
• Checking reinforcement and from the work of Well Curb, Well Staining, Bottom Plug, Intermediate Plug, Top Plug, Well Cap, and Pier Shaft. Pier Cap.
• Checking the sinking of the well foundation.

• Project: Four-Laning of Jhansi – Lakhanadon Km. 297 to 351 km. (54 km.) In SsangYong of NH-26 in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Package No. ADB-II / C-8 in India.
• Client: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)
• Consultant: Renardet S.A. Consulting Engineers, Switzerland, joint venture with ICT Pvt. Ltd. In association with Feedback Turnkey Engineers, Pvt. Ltd., India.
• Project Cost: 219.01 Crores INR.
• Key Responsibilities: I am responsible for:
• Checking of 3 no. minor bridges - 24.6 mtr span, 2x2 box culvert, pipe culvert, and slab culvert.
• Checking reinforcement and from the work of Open Foundation, Raft, Abutment Shaft, Abutment Cap, Pedestal, Elastomeric bearing, RCC Girder, and Deck Slab.
• Making all measurement sheets of concrete and steel for each component of the bridge and culvert.
• Carried out survey work using modern survey equipment, like Auto Level.
• Preparation of the subcontractor bill as per the executed work on site.
