- Monitor and supervise all the operational activities of branch on daily basis and ensure satisfactory audit ratings for the branch.

- Ensure error free operations at branch.

- Maintain lobby and ensure all customers are attended.

- Lead management ,all the leads entered in CRM and the same has attended properly.

- Managed and resolved Branch Operations including customer instructions, CRMs ,and Account Opening forms within specified Turn around Time(TAT) and First-Time Resolution(FTR) targets.

- Provides Top-notch customer service and cross-selling banking products to achieve branch expectations in terms of sales.like:- Sourcing of CASA, thirth partlike:- Sourcing of CASA, third part products like life insurance, general insurance, loans , term deposits, govt casa, retail and forex income mutual funds demat and salary account .
