- Responsible to implement the Stakeholders Outreach Strategy, including other companies, neighborhood and town councils of Jandira and Barueri, setting specifics actions plans and long term projects to be aligned with the European resolution (EU 2021/1253) and the 17 Sustainables Development Goals (SDG) set by United Nations.
- Main Accomplishments/ Outcomes during the period of 2019 to 2023: - OEE increasing (9%) in the filling line machines - Production volume increasing (4,5%), nurturing a loss elimination culture, allowing annuals gains to to company in productivity (5% YoY), contributing massively to reduce 1 of 3 shifts, realocating some resources to other areas without impact in the number of headcount; - AWS Certification to Barueri's Plant (Alliance Water Stweardship); - Support the business presentially during the pandemy of Covid-19, without ruptures to our customers and services KPI's; - ERG Global Summit participation in Eagan-USA, representing the Brazil Chapter of EcoEssence Brasil; - Assignment as TPM 5S Globla Leader to International Markets plants at Ecolab.
