• I initiated the REMO4 project of Brazilian Rowing Federation.
• As Co-Organizer and presenter I was responsible for the coach's education Level 2 of Brazilian Rowing federation (CBR)
• I was the responsible and educator for Coach the Coaches education.
• I implemented the new qualification system for the National Team
• Leader of several National Team Training Camps
• Responsible selector of coaches for the National Team

• PanAm Games 2019: SM A 2- (Silver medalist) and SM A 4- (Bronze medalist)
• World Rowing Championships: SM A L 2- (Bronze medalist) 2019 / First participation of a BRA SF B 4- at U23 WCH (8th place)
• South American Championships 2019-2022: +70 medals

Main accomplished work tasks

• I lectured coaches and stakeholders how to rebuilding the Chinese Men Sweep program. This included the selection process and rowing specific technical guidance for building the SM A 8+
• I observed and coached the coaches of the newly formed men sweep team
• My supervision and recommendations of the coaches and athletes at the World Cup Regattas guided the new team to a professional presence
• I guided my Chinese partners how to organize a training camp by example. We executed a TC in Germany by the given financial borders, we respected the legal visa regulations and I actively guided through the process of finding an appropriate place for a training camp

California Rowing Club - HPC USRowing

Main accomplished work tasks

• I recruited post graduate students (US and other nations) who wanted pursue an Olympic rowing career.
• In cooperation with USRowing and other rowing federations I organized the necessary training process for the athletes.
• Scheduling the yearly plan and prepared the yearly budget.
• I coached athletes in small boats (1x / 2-) to prepare their qualification in their respective national teams.
• A weekly training plan for all training groups - up to five different plans - was presented by me during my nearly seven years of work at CRC.
• I cultivated good relations to the community and media through presents, social media and other communication channels to support program.
• I attend fundraiser events and present several ideas and speeches during the events.
• Monthly accounting responsibilities were fulfilled by me
