Fleeced a 2nd landlord out of 6 month's rent, or £12k. Left the property with approx £1,500 of corrective work after not bothering to maintain it in any way.

Had a cat that urinated everywhere, causing the place to stick.

Evaded gas and electric bills for the entire duration of my stay.

Reported the landlord (unsuccessfully) to the police after he kept asking me to pay the debt.

Made repeated threats to sue the landlord if he contacted me under 'harassment', 'breaching my civil rights', and 'discrimination'.

After the landlord contacted my employer (BGC) I made some token £200 payments over 5 months.

Raised £47k for treatment for my daughter's medical treatment, but as this amount did not cover anywhere near the required amount, instead of returning it to the Charity, I used the funds to pay for my son's private schooling and maintain my wife's maiintenance costs/

Fleeced a landlord (with a 2yr old son) of a year's rent for a property in West London, total £30k. Kept promising to pay, but managed to successfully evade any payments for a year, when he took me to Court. I then left in the middle of the night, and threatened to sue him for harassment if he contacted me.

Trashed his apartment to the tune of £15k damage.

Didn't pay any Council Tax, electric, mobile phone or gas bills, racking up £000's in unpaid bills.
