1.Conducting Safety Inspections: Inspecting work areas, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards, safety violations, or non-compliance with safety regulations. They may use checklists, observation, and measurement tools to assess risks and document their findings.

2.Training and Education: Providing safety training programs and workshops to employees, supervisors, and management. This involves instructing individuals on safe work practices, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response procedures.

3.Risk Assessment and Hazard Mitigation: Identifying potential risks and hazards through assessments and working to develop strategies to mitigate those risks. This may involve recommending engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE to minimize exposure to hazards.

Responsible to train all oil rig employees, contractors, company employees and visitors. Develop and conduct refresher course thought out the year. while liaising with other client
Refinery departments and other Corporate HSE Departments to promote and ensure the standardizations of training procedures and participates in the development of specialized
training courses in line with Corporate Training to meet the client risk profile and the needs of client personnel contractor, and visitors. Produce bulletin, reports and other documents related to HSE awareness and performance.
