Training 35 students from disadvantaged backgrounds highlights my dedication to breaking down barriers and providing opportunities for the less privileged.

Recent Projects

During my 12 years at Africa, our agency was recognized as the best in Brazil by the Brazilian market and the most creative agency in the country according to Scopen. I take pride in contributing to winning a Grand Prix at Cannes with Budweiser's Tag Worlds in 2018, Foamy hair for Brahma in 2022, and Titanium for Budweiser in 2023. Africa also achieved the 3rd position in media purchasing in Brazil. Notable accomplishments include pioneering new business fronts such as the Talents area (focused on influencer management), the Social area dedicated to creative and always-on planning, and an internal production company significantly contributing to revenue. Additionally, I founded the Africa School, emphasizing racial and gender inclusion, graduating 35 students from underprivileged backgrounds.
