Head of Operations
- - Collaborating with the CEO to define and implement the company’s strategic vision, ensuring operational strategies align with overall business goals. Translating high-level business goals into actionable operational plans.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all departments (sales, customer service, marketing, and administration) function efficiently and are fully aligned with sales goals. Providing guidance, and support to department heads to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Working closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation, sales conversion processes, and pipeline management. Ensure that sales efforts are supported by efficient systems, tools, and processes, enabling the team to focus on closing deals and meeting targets.
- Continuously analyzing business processes across all functions to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or streamlining. Implement best practices to improve operational workflows, productivity, and service delivery.
- Working with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Help ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Ensuring that the business is leveraging the right tools, technologies, and systems to support operations. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM, project management, and other sales-enabling software to improve productivity and performance.
- Oversee customer service and support functions, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently high. Implement feedback systems to gather insights from customers and continually improve products, services, and processes.
- Establishing/tracking KPIs to monitor operational performance and the success of sales initiatives.
