- Implemented a work order tracking system for KPIs. The dashboard created graphical analyses used for monthly reports presented to key stakeholders. In the first month of implementation, we noticed a performance of 40.76% above our monthly target (736 calls out of 300 monthly calls per contract). This gave us leverage to renegotiate our contract with the YVR Authority, allowing for greater control over planning and resources.
- Developed a layout study to improve the shop. Decluttering and identification of parts reduced the time to search for materials and optimized physical space.
- Participated in committee meetings by attending departmental, health and safety, project planning and management meetings.
- Prepared repair estimates that were out of scope and coordinated execution with stakeholders, suppliers and team members once approved.
