I started as Bilingual Control Room Operator for the client Amazon Web Services (AWS), with the same role as my
last position at G4S, and within two months was promoted to security supervisor. Responsible for activities related
to the area of Support/Monitoring/Security/Training in a great client (Data Center Sector).

• Provide professional, efficient, daily Lenel system security checks. Report any identified problems and request service.
• Carry out daily internal and external hardware inspections to ensure secure and functioning environment. Identify and record maintenance issues, potential breaches of security or unusual hardware occurrences.
• Process all assigned area service request(s) and vendor notifications. Maintain accurate record keeping on all requests for services.
• Ensure the CCTV system is effectively and sensitively monitored in compliance with the agreed standards.
• Ensure that any lost property left at the assigned building is securely stored, recorded and retrieved for the owner where appropriate.
• Provided escorts to contractors and visitors during special events or upon request. Also, investigative data and support documentation as requested by the client.

• Monitored and managed physical security operations for Pinterest offices across Latin America, ensuring access control, incident response, and overall workplace safety.

Operated and administered security platforms including LenelS2, Zendesk, Traktik, and Exaqvision, maintaining compliance with corporate security standards.
