• Responsible for the administration and management of the Protheus system from TOTVS.
• Support for TOTVS users regarding the following modules: Fiscal, Accounting, Financial, Taf, Purchases, Inventory, Billing, and Finance.
• Responsible for the operation of Billings Sales SAP transactions from Samsung South Korea in conjunction with the Protheus (TOTVS) system.
• Planning and executing new system improvement projects or updates in collaboration with business areas.
• Implementation of legislative norms in the system, including the Fiscal, Billing, and Accounting modules.
• Management of technical activities related to service providers (outsourcing) for TOTVS.
• Ensure the delivery of solutions related to development, adhering to quality standards and in-person system support.
• Monitor users, identify difficulties, and propose solutions that meet user needs.
  Implementation of the Nfe Connection tool.
• Responsible for the update and operation of the TOTVS system.
  Deployment of process automation through robotic process automation (RPA).
