• Global metrics management: provide CPS metrics information to the New production Zero Dashboard for 18 CPS Plants: Inventory Value, Mandated, Non-Mandated and SSDR.
• Manage BW reports to support Global view during the transition from SAP to SAP Hanna.
• Digital Transformation - Support CPS Procurement team with Global data using new technologies offered by the company - Data Lake, Power BI and Chat-GPT.

• Negotiations – support Corporates groups as appropriated, Lead and executed all locally sourced ingredient.

STA – Global Procurement Team (2018-2019).
• Develop Segmentation process to CPS about New suppliers and New materials – in process.
• Identify, Develop, document, execute cost effective and deploy procurement strategies for CPS LA manufacturing centers.
• Identify negotiation opportunities with SIS ingredients.
• Identify and ensure the approval of alternatives sources, new suppliers, aligned with Key stakeholders to maintain a healthy supplier competition, lower time to market and/or continuity of supply.
• Reduction time project to the New Products.

STA - Demand Team (Argentina and Chile plant).
• Responsible for Demand planning to the Argentina and Chile plants.
• Meeting with OU to aligned volume to our Customers.
• IBP implementation participation – Demand module.

• Responsible for Customers in Brazil and Argentina.
• Responsible for Material Requirements Planning (MRP/ERP).
• Responsible for reviews and releases customers orders for shipment, based on product availability and priority.
• Responsible for shipment control, sales control, sales forecast, inventory control and production scheduling. Budgets and variances.

• Taiwan – Business trip during 4 months to explain about importation process in Brazil and problems for Customs Clearance, excess and obsolete finished goods, forecast, orders and taxes with Managers and Logistic team in Taiwan. The customers were in Brazil and Argentina and the factory was in China. I was Customer Support in Brazil.
• Hong Kong - Business trip during 4 months to explain about the importation process in Brazil, the problems in Customs Clearance in Brazil, details for the importation documents, taxes and rates with Exportation Department in Hong Kong.
