Make and communicate architectural decisions and identify the implications. Assess solution viability, identify risks and risk mitigation strategies, adapt and document the design, and drive high quality, effective and efficient solutions

Represents the interests of the Customer

Act as the conscience and provide the “voice of the Customer” to Kyndryl’s stakeholders; understands Kyndryl strengths and any gaps necessary to be filled to meet their Customer’s needs and vision. Raise and pursue requirements with the Practices and Partners to improve Kyndryl value and make their customer successful.

Customer Enterprise Architect is the Technical Authority working with a deep technical insight of Customer's Business infrastructure environments. Influences, shapes, or co-creates strategic architecture, roadmap and initiatives. Act as thought leaders and growth engine for the account. Perform architecture reviews to ensure solution quality.

• Create a journey to cloud
• Create a cloud governance
• Create a ecosystem for managed services
• Create a Lift and Shift plan to the cloud
• Create Backup modernization accelerating the cloud adoption features as object storage integration
• Create High availability solutions using IBM PowerHA and Vmware - Onpremise and Cloud
• Design solutions with the main cloud providers as IBM, AWS and Azure

Experienced professional specializing in the design, implementation, and management of robust Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies to ensure business continuity during disruptions. DR Strategy Development: Designing recovery architectures to ensure high availability, data replication, and backup solutions.

Cloud & Hybrid DR Solutions: Implementing recovery plans for both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

RTO & RPO Definition: Establishing Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) to meet recovery goals.
