Responsibilities:

• Ensure portfolio availability, localization, homologation, standard compliance, etc
• Support strategic decisions for the portfolio
• Execute portfolio promotion and define sales argumentation
• Execute market intelligence and portfolio growth projections
• Identify, report and manage portfolio gaps
• Manage portfolio's competitiveness and sales channeling
• Support annual business budgets/targets in terms of quantities and margins
• Execute portfolio homologation in strategic customers
• Support procurement and quality management teams in homologation of new suppliers and portfolio localizations
• Prepare, execute and manage portfolio trainings

Responsibilities

• Planning Front and Sales offer requests with the team, checking portfolio availability, necessary response times, priorities, rescheduling, etc.
• Technical Support and senior reference for BID team
• Execute periodic order intake reportings and forecasts
• Forecasts product quantities for the factory/logistics
• Revision and approval of technical offers

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of quotations, bids, tenders, frame agreements, etc. to customers
• Analyze customer documentation, execute scope clarification with the customer
• Identify technical and commercial optimizations for increasing margins and competitiviness
• Design technical documentation, e.g Single line diagrams, bill of materials, services descriptions/specifications
• Work together with product engineers, project managers, factory, etc to guarantee technical and commercial optimizations which will lead to a winning position. Lead bid teams for white elephant projects
• Understand the position of the competitors, to ensure the most suitable strategy for the tender
• Manage purchase orders registration, in order to guarantee fast and clear handover process to the execution team
• Promote the portfolio, be a technical reference for front and sales team

• Responsible for managing and planning projects, based on contractual conditions and company's guidelines
• Scope clarification and support
• Scheduling, execution, control and closing of projects
• Follow up with project team and external partners in order to guarantee project's milestones
• Opportunity, change, claim and risk management
• Cost, revenue and profitability management and reporting
• Ensure adequate client's expectation management
