I work as a Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and evolving core services of the LeadLovers platform. My role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring scalable architecture and reliable delivery across the engineering team. Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows, prototyping, and code quality improvements.

• Engineered a new onboarding layer by building an MCP that exposed domain tools through the LeadLovers API using Node.js, TypeScript, and Web Socket. Designed MCP contracts that let AI assistants orchestrate end-to-end onboarding actions directly against LeadLovers backend workflows. This AI onboarding replaced a previously manual setup with an AI-assisted flow, reducing average onboarding time from 35 minutes to 5 minutes, increasing onboarding completion rate by 28%, and reducing churn by 6%.
• Modernized LeadLovers’ core backend by building a new API that replaced legacy, fragmented flows and database-stored business logic with a centralized domain and service layer. Exposed consistent contracts for three consumers: internal frontend applications, external clients via a REST API, and the LeadLovers MCP ecosystem. Implemented the API using Bun, Elysia, and Prisma to improve reliability, governance, and development speed across product teams.
• Led the migration of LeadLovers’ infrastructure from a bare-metal datacenter in Germany to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The migration covered all applications, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and core services such as Redis and RabbitMQ. The move improved stability, performance, and scalability, while increasing availability in a more reliable cloud environment.

• Provided technical leadership for a team of 9–12 engineers responsible for the core LeadLovers platform, balancing architectural decisions, system improvements, and hands-on engineering support.

• Led major refactoring initiatives to improve maintainability and scalability of legacy platform components
• Designed and coordinated infrastructure improvements that increased system performance and reliability
• Helped deliver the official WhatsApp integration, which significantly increased new subscriptions and platform adoption
• Supported the engineering team in designing and implementing new features across the platform ecosystem
• Guided technical decisions, architecture discussions, and code quality practices across the team

LeadLovers started as a digital marketing SaaS product incubated inside Dinfo. I was part of the engineering team responsible for building the platform from scratch, contributing to its architecture, backend services, and frontend applications as it evolved into a mature SaaS platform supporting thousands of customers and high-volume marketing campaigns.

Core platform technologies: ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Entity Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Redis, Azure Functions.

• Designed and developed 99Webinar, a SaaS platform for hosting and broadcasting live webinars integrated with the LeadLovers ecosystem. It was built using ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Angular 7, and Web Sockets, with asynchronous services powered by RabbitMQ and Redis to support real-time interactions and scalable event processing.
• Architected and built LeadLovers Pay, the internal payment platform responsible for subscription management and transaction processing. Developed using Node.js (Express), SQL Server, React, and Next.js, with RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing and Redis for caching. The platform replaced previous payment solutions and reduced payment processing costs by approximately 20%.
• Contributed to the evolution of the LeadLovers architecture from a monolithic application to a microservices ecosystem, improving scalability, maintainability, and independent service deployment.

• Worked on multiple enterprise and startup software projects inside Dinfo, contributing to backend and frontend development across different stages of the company’s evolution — from traditional software house projects to internally incubated SaaS startups.
• Developed systems for companies such as MaxiTrust and Iron Mountain, building business applications focused on document management, logistics, and internal operations. Later contributed to several early-stage startup initiatives inside Dinfo, helping design and implement web applications and backend services that would later evolve into larger SaaS platforms.
