• Prototyped and designed new features for both apps working closely to the UX/UI teams using Adobe XD and Design Thinking
• Directly collaborated with the marketing team using Firebase to generate in-depth reports on the behavior of 2 million users, improving the overall quality of the buyer's journey
• Provided varied and extensive PHP contributions for the company's internal back-end, such as the Customer Satisfaction Survey module that was responsible for boosting the Starbucks app rating from 2 to 4.7 on the App Store.
• Collaborated closely with back-end developers to integrate RESTful API endpoints into front-end architecture seamlessly.

• Create strong visual identities for new businesses by thoroughly designing the branding process
• Identify pain points and mitigate them by creating strategies with Design Thinking, SWOT Analysis and mapping the buyer's journey
• Leverage companies online presence by adjusting their Tone of Voice
• Design and develop SEO-focused web applications to improve lead generation.

• Took the initiative to design and develop the company's website, earning a promotion from Graphic Designer to Front-end Engineer in less than 3 months
• Developed the website for Paris 6, a french bistro in São Paulo that serves more than 100 thousand customers a month
• Coded using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop features for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Developed the Reservations module for the Paris 6 mobile app, built with Apache Cordova, which was featured for several weeks at the App Store as 'Top 5 food apps in Brazil'
• Created user guides for the proprietary app and the administrative dashboard as well trained users and customers to operate them.

• Designed images for social media, ads and banners that were featured in major american rock websites, such as Blabbermouth
