- Assisting the Island Shorex manager on a wide range of daily tasks, supporting the manager, leaders and the team to continuously thrive to deliver a constant and great customer service.
- Responsible for being the bridge from the shorex team to the daily operations connecting everything that comes with it: day by day ships, tours, trainings, daily allocating resources for accomplish tasks, maintenance and most importantly the well being and performance of 40+ employees on our team.
- Listening and supporting the team in all their needs and helping then to succeed daily and overcome problems while striving for success
- Daily Schedule, communications with the ships, cascading information for the constantly changes to the team, schedule and follow up of the maintenance in all areas of Shorex departments.
- Continually keeping track of rescue, safety, customer service and team building training.
- Inventory of everything being used and equipment maintenance.
