• Responsible for all commercial, technical, administrative, and financial management of the company. With approximately 300 direct employees and an annual revenue of $10 million, achieving a profitability above 25% in the last 3 years. Executed over 30 contracts in basic sanitation across various Brazilian states for clients such as AEGEA, COPASA, CORSAN, DMAE, etc. Projects funded by the World Bank, IDB, KfW, and the companies' own resources.

• A company based in Amapá, Northern Brazil, operating two industrial units: a concrete production facility and a stone crushing plant serving the civil construction sector, with an annual revenue of $10 million.
• Responsible for overseeing overall management across commercial, operational, administrative, technical, and financial areas. The company has approximately 50 employees.

Responsible for general management (technical and operational) and monitoring performance indicators for a portfolio of 06 simultaneous contracts, totaling approximately USD 100 million. Leads around 1,200 direct employees and oversees over 3,000 indirect workers. Coordination of the following projects:

• Construction of the Marrecas Roller-Compacted Concrete Dam with 400,000 m³ of concrete;
• Construction of the Belo Wastewater Treatment Plant with a treatment capacity of 251 L/s;
• Construction of the Pinhal Wastewater Treatment Plant with a treatment capacity of 502 L/s;
• Construction of the Marrecas Raw Water Pumping Station with a pumping capacity of 1,000 L/s and installed power of 3,400 HP;
• Construction of the Marrecas Water Treatment Plant with a treatment capacity of 1,000 L/s;
• Construction of the Eberle neighborhood treated Water Storage reservoir with a capacity of 4,000 m³.

• Engineer in charge of the expansion project of the Marrecas Water Treatment Plant in Caxias do Sul, RS, with a treatment capacity of 1 m³/s. Responsible for coordinating approximately 200 direct employees. The project was valued at approximately $3 million.

• Working in the construction budgeting department, handling public and private bids, purchasing materials and equipment, quantity takeoffs, and project risk management.

• Working on the expansion project of a Water Treatment Plant with a production capacity of 4 m³/s. Responsible for monitoring the expansion of Flocculators, Clarifiers, Filters, and a Water Reservoir with a capacity of 64,000 m³.
