Quality:

• Quality team management, responsible for quality KPI's, QPPM, non-quality costs, PPAP on time, and sample submission, in order to meet internal and customer metrics.
• Management of the after-sales service and development team, responsible for customer satisfaction regarding product quality, field analysis (warranty), analysis and resolution of non-compliance, developments monitoring ensuring product quality, sending initial samples and PPAP.
• Management of the manufacturing quality service team, ensuring product quality and maintenance of production processes, maintaining process compliance as defined in the item development and maintaining compliance with customer standards and ISO9001, IATF16949 certification standards.
• Management of third-parties services residing at customers.

Engineering:

• Management of the Engineering team, responsible for the quotation, product cost, productivity, manufacturing costs and factory support KPI’s
• Management of the new product quotation engineering team, responsible for developing the manufacturing means necessary to meet the design specifications and standards of our customers parts, price formulation of manufacturing processes.
• Management of a specialists in laser cutting, machining, welding and painting team, responsible for the maintenance and optimization of manufacturing processes, seeking better productivity and cost reduction.
• Management of the factory attendance team, responsible for updating and correcting process documents, in order to ensure compliance with the specifications defined during the development of the items and seeking improvements.

Responsible for the after-sales team, working with the agricultural and construction segments customers. Main activities: PPAP, developments monitoring, audits, non compliance resolution, field warranty analysis, visiting customers, monitoring KPI's aimed at quality, and non-quality costs, management of third-party services residents at customers.

Responsible for the after-sales quality and items under development for automakers in the Road and Agricultural segment. Use of analysis and non compliance resolution tools. Responsible for PPAP submission for new items. Quality management with the customer, development of quality improvement plan. Management of KPI’s and negotiations with the client. Management of third-parties services residing at customers.
