Experienced technical product management professional with a proven track record of leading product development initiatives from ideation to launch. Proficient in roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, and agile methodologies. Focus on building platform products and fostering team collaboration. Skilled at driving results and adapting to evolving needs through data analysis, user feedback, and market trends to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsible for building an internal data platform within the data engineering team, designed to provide an autonomous experience for business unit teams across the company. The goal is to empower them to create data-driven solutions that feed back into the platform to support meaningful decision-making for business growth.
This platform was developed from the ground up, starting with value proposition research, and the creation of a product vision and strategy. I led a team challenged with simplifying the use of real-time data generated by the app and adjacent systems, enabling faster, and more strategic decisions.
The objective is to shorten the path PicPay needs to take to leverage its data, and increase financial efficiency, while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
We were the first data platform team to deliver a real use case using our internal solution in a customer-facing feature, which identifies user behavior based on app events, and customizes the user experience accordingly.
Enhanced team collaboration, implementing agile methodologies for more effective project management.
Optimized software performance with rigorous testing protocols and iterative design modifications.
Streamlined product development processes for faster release cycles and better user experience.
Leads the team responsible for maintaining and ideating digital and electronic products, managing product projects, defining the roadmap, prioritizing activities, sourcing and selecting project partner vendors, and continuously improving the products within the company’s Internet of Things Squad.
The managed products include Biotracker, BioCabinet, Coldchain, HtSmart, and the Biotracker Integration Engine — all involving a robust cloud software platform as well as hardware manufacturing and automation.
These products are used by customers of Bionexo across Brazil.
At the beginning of 2020, we launched the Coldchain V5 Project, the fifth version of the smart refrigerator, with several performance upgrades, quality improvements, and easier installation features.
In 2020, this new product led to a 50% increase in total sales/deployments compared to the previous seven years of all earlier versions combined, showing strong market appeal and ease of sale and implementation.
Additionally, we reached a milestone by deploying the first product installation entirely remotely, further reinforcing the simplicity of installing the new version.Em adendo, obtivemos um marco de ter o primeiro produto implantado 100% remotamente, reforçando a facilidade de instalação da nova versão.
Company Overview: Gtt Healthcare is a company based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, specializing in developing smart solutions using Auto-ID technologies, benefiting the entire service chain (manufacturers, distributors, hospitals, and clinics). It was a pioneer in RFID solutions in Brazil and had extensive experience in the healthcare supply chain market, working with major industry players.
I led the development and automation engineering team, which included updating continuous improvement policies, and implementing more standardized development processes. I contributed to reducing the platform's bug incidence rate, which initially affected over 15% of tasks, to 4.6% in 2019 during my time as Product Coordinator. This improvement involved changes in task management tools, the inclusion of quality assurance steps in the development pipeline, and a cultural shift among all team members (myself included) to adopt industry-standard agile development best practices.
I worked on the Healthtrack project, an RFID-based inventory management platform, taking on the roles of Systems Analyst and Business Analyst while also leading the development team as Team Leader.
Healthtrack is a cloud-based application for managing high-complexity medications and medical devices (OPME).
The platform includes features such as inventory management reports, product flow control and traceability, access control, and equipment monitoring. It also includes embedded applications for Android and RFID-enabled devices like smart cabinets and refrigerators — which involved a variety of engineering and automation routines between software and hardware.
I worked as a Systems Analyst at Gtt Healthcare, responsible for synthesizing development scopes for company projects and developing source code for these scopes.
My activities included the development and enhancement of proprietary web software, as well as embedded software for IoT and mobile devices running Windows CE 5 and Android. I also participated in ERP integration projects — both in the creation of scopes and development documentation, and in the implementation of the source code for these projects.
I worked on the Healthtrack project, an RFID-based inventory management platform with a cloud-based web application.
I also contributed to the GtSens Platform, a device capable of monitoring temperature, humidity, and energy in an environment, generating real-time records.
The solution comprises an end-device that captures and records information, and a cloud server that centralizes data, manages users and subscriptions, and generates reports. The project involved the development of a web platform, firmware, web API, and a marketing hotsite.
I gained experience developing ERP integrations, including Fiscal and Serialization integration between Healthtrack and Datasul, and Invoice integration with the Philips Tasy ERP at Hospital Sírio-Libanês.
I also took part in the technical leadership of the embedded application development for auto-identification using RFID and Datamatrix in the GtCabinet and Coldchain projects.
