Developing comprehensive governance frameworks, policies, and board, sub-committees policies to mitigate early-stage organizational and legal risks, ensuring the proper set up from inception.

Including an on the job program working alongside PIF functions and understanding the day to day work of corporate governance and conducting several internal audit exercises.
