As a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst Jr, I am responsible for monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud environments in AWS and Azure. My primary duties include:

• AWS: Managing services such as RDS, AWS Glue, Lambda, EC2 instances, Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, DMS, Redshift, S3, and VPC. I leverage AWS Security Hub to ensure the highest levels of security and compliance.
• Azure: Overseeing Virtual Machines, Synapse pipelines, Azure Functions, and Cost Management. I use Azure Security Center to safeguard the environment and maintain security best practices.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all executed procedures and configurations to ensure clear and accessible records for future reference and audits. Documenting support procedures, processes, and solutions in centralized systems, enabling user self-service.
• Monitoring and Performance: Utilizing Grafana for comprehensive monitoring and alerting across all cloud environments. Using metrics to monitor application and infrastructure performance, ensuring prompt responses to potential issues.
• Client Interaction and Support: Understanding client needs and objectives through proactive customer and data analysis. Improving overall user experience through support, training, troubleshooting, and communication of system changes.

I had the opportunity to work on a project to develop a technology security application, using tools such as Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Docker, Git, GitLab, CI/CD, MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

Performing direct customer service daily, my work in Technological Security has provided me with mastery in various technologies, including installation, configuration and maintenance of:

• Firewall servers (Proxy, input/output rules, NAT, Redirections)
• Email servers (Company's own server and Zimbra)
• Backup solutions (Nakivo, Veeam)
• Virtualization servers (VMware)

A great experience in:

• AWS (EC2, S3)
• Grafana
• Zabbix
• Windows servers (Windows Server, AD)
• Linux (Shell Script, file editing, permissions, logs)

I have also developed technical support skills to effectively solve customer problems, through clear communication and the search for quick and efficient solutions.
