• Ability to manage the entire e-commerce implementation process, from platform selection to launch, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.

• Responsible for analyzing administrative and operational processes, seeking improvements in customized software for the client.

• Survey with leaders and interested parties to collect the necessary resources, aiming to develop new processes.

• Presentation of technical and administrative solutions to problems encountered.

• Participation in various projects within the organization, collaborating with ideas and solutions, together with development teams in creating prototypes of new software to be launched on the market.
