- Developed, completely from scratch, a website for a real estate company located in the city of Mogi Guaçu - countryside of the State of São Paulo/Brazil - using PHP, Laravel 9, Laravel Blades, CSS and JavaScript.
- The site contains some of the best practices with LGPD, the authorization of cookies and personal information.
- Contains an admin page where it is possible to do management of cities, condominiums, properties and their categories (on land, one-story house, apartment and townhouse) and all information about owner, partners, price, images and other characteristics of the property, in addition to containing an area only for data on the owners and an area for a Blog on real estate market topics
- On the client side, it is possible to filter by city, condominium, type of property and its characteristics (such as maximum and minimum price of the property or value of the condominium), enter directly contact the broker, view a 3D Tour and a video on YouTube on the Property in question.
