  • I was responsible for implementing an automation solution involving Python, Excel, Macros and Vba, which significantly reduced the time of a manual report creation process from 22 days to 24 minutes
  •Responsible for all the team's BI projects, made in PowerBI or Tableau, from requirements gathering, connection and database creation, to the creation and design of DashBoards.
  •I took over the project to implement the Call Center systems provided by the company Mutant, being responsible for all technical aspects involving data and software engineering and their respective APIS
