Accomplishments
Along with the New Life Plucked String Orchestra and Choral of the New Life Foundation "Orquestra de Cordas Dedilhadas e Coral Nova Vida da Fundacao Espirita Nova Vida" he received the award for Cultural Highlight of the state of Goias in 2004. He participated in important concerts and recordings alongside important names in Brazilian music such as: Yamandu Costa, Fabio Zanon, Renato Teixeira and Paulo Bellinati.
His work as a instrumental musician is highlighted by the Goyazes Guitar Quartet (Quarteto Goyazes). Almeida is one of the founding members of the group that started in 2014. The group's repertoire was exclusively based on the plurality and richness of Brazilian rhythms
