Winnin Insights - It's a platform that turns video data into online culture insights (SaaS). As PM of this product my main activities are:

• Coordinated the entire discovery process, interviewing customers and analyzing platform usage data using Mixpanel and Hotjar
• Create, prioritize and manage the Roadmap and break the features into detailed user story level requirements for implementation within Scrum team
• Lead the ideation, development and launch of expressive and delightful features that help our users feel closer with every exchange
• Partner with Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback to influence the product roadmap
• I set the direction and long-term goals for our part of product. This involves creating a clear and compelling vision that aligns with our company’s overall mission and objectives.
• Some of our clients: Danone(Brazil), Mercado Livre(Brazil), Converse, Netflix(Latam), CNN(Brazil), Unilever(Brazil), AB Inbev.

• Work with the co-founders to understand the business requirements and break them down into detailed user story level requirements for implementation within Scrum teams
• Continuously evaluate customer needs, emerging market trends and competitive opportunities in defining and evolving product strategy in this area
• Lead the product roadmap and its ongoing development, prioritize and manage product needs and work with a cross-functional team to build a compelling product, and facilitate the execution of that roadmap to deliver impactful product features that delight the customers and help them realize immense value
• Monitor the entire product lifecycle and responsible for what is delivered

• Business meetings with customers
• Requirements Specification using techniques and methodologies such as SCRUM acting as PO preparing the product backlog and collaborating with the development team
• Made status report for project management
• Used TFS and SVN tools for requirements management
• Analysis and generation of artifacts for the Initiation and Elaboration phase (Use Cases, Prototype/Interfaces screens (Axure, Pencil, Visio tools), Business Rules and Change Impact Analysis)
• Responsible for the quality of the artifacts delivered to customers
