• Working as a Recruiter, coping with demands from businesses for Digital, Innovation, Transformation, Scrum Master, PO, BA, PMO roles, Developers (JAVA and .NET) and Executive roles.
• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for CAPCO Brazil (alignment of candidate profiles with managers, search for professionals, face-to-face and telephone interviews, tests, and offer letters)
• Responsible for sourcing and screening both active and passive candidates based on employee referrals, via networking and online job postings
• Building strategic relationships to work on tight deadlines, and developing a pipeline of candidates. Identifying potential candidates through proactive web sourcing, networking, and internal candidate selection
• Applicant Tracking System, employee referrals, and events
• Responsible for scheduling interviews
• Developing relationships with team leaders
• Evaluating interview feedback, extending/negotiating offers, and closing offers with candidates for a variety of roles
