Lead end-to-end Operations transformation projects, focused on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities and creating transformation business cases, including the supporting. Use analytics tools to simulate and support decision making process. Look for opportunities to eliminate, simplify and automate processes. Based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs, recommends approaches or changes to streamline and integrate processes to improve overall efficiency. Develops and documents processes, standard operating procedures, and/ or end-user materials. Design, implement and collect KPIs to support and monitor the rollout of new processes, guidance or information tools. Collect stakeholder feedback on the operating model rollout and identify areas that require further clarification/improvements. Facilitate automation of analytical and operational tasks and processes at scale, incorporating automation tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, or development of requirements for IT led projects.
Support KPMG clients in designing, developing modern enterprise data strategy, evaluating existing data platforms, identifying technology, process gaps, data maturity assessment, designing roadmaps for platform modernization, technology adoptions, and digital transformation.
