- Created from scracth with my onw funds the first Adventure race of Rio de Janeiro State, The " Rio Eco Adventure "

- Multisports race with team of 5 people , made of 5 stages with a total of 500 km and 10 activities ( Running, biking, kayaking, abseiling, orienteering, swimming, Ride an Run, Roller, ..) crossing the Rio Janeiro State and arriving in Rio de Janeiro city after 5 days, with the climbing and abseiling of the "Sugar Loaf" as part of the last stage.

- Negotiated partnership with international premium sponsors ( Renault, Salomon, Beal ropes, Sport TV, Globalstar...) and brought 35 companies as partners.

- Brought international jornalists coverage ( Elle Magazine, Outdoor Mag, ...)

• Company specialized in Heat Exchangers fabrication , serving mainly the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical ( Refineries ) , Renewable Energy, Power segments – São Paulo, Brazil, 1 manufacturing site, 1 services center.
• Joined in 2014 as President & CEO of GEA do Brasil with primary role of restructuring the various entities, grow the local local businesses and manage the manufacturing sites. Drive and lead a full change management process ( review engineering processes, supply chain ,Finance / Tax, HR, and marketing dept.) Review the entire organization , hire entire new sales team, new HR, restructured the Finance department, the projects, the supply chain and Logistics dept. In 2016 appointed Exec VP for LATAM.
• Implemented new control for projects delivery on time/ on budget. Implemented management system across all departments ensuring ISO 9000 standards.
• Established a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations and holding individuals responsible for results.Implemented 3 years growth plan and related strategy to grow the business accordingly.

• Established and organized the entire Brazil supply chain for Upstream Offshore Operations with focus on contracting strategy, costs, regulations and processes implementation & budget administration / Budget Planning.

• Managed All Contractual Matters Within the Frame of Girassol Project- Jasmim FPSO Top Side Extension, ( Contracts of US $ 450 MM). Follow up of Partnership on Block 17 With SONANGOL (National Angolan Company) for CAPEX/OPEX Audit / Budget / Project Development Approval / Call for Tender / Negotiation With Contractors / Life of Field Contract Including IMR Services.
• Collaborated with legal counsel to develop comprehensive risk assessments for high-value contracts, safeguarding company interests.
