GRUPO BUENO NETTO - PARQUE GLOBAL CONDOMINIUM:

Responsible for the execution of a complex facade system that involves an interface between several elements such as pre-cast concrete panels (4 - 6 Ton), glass skin and metal structure. A major challenge was developing the correct sequence and planning service times. We completed the facade within the client's schedule.
Another major achievement was the construction of the concrete pavement. We develop and execute the drainage project from scratch to avoid infiltration problems.




TOLEDO FERRARI - PATTEO KLABIN CONDOMINIUM:

I was responsible for monitoring the construction of a tower with a high standard of construction, with 17 floors. In addition to the structure of a group of stores with 2,000 square meters.




TENDA NEGÓCIOS IMOBILIÁRIOS:
I was responsible for coordinating the execution team for the structural part of the building, using the concrete walls method. The routine included supervision and monitoring of activities: location of axes and walls, execution of the frame, passage of infrastructure for electrical and hydraulic installations, assembly of formwork, concreting of apartments and treatment of concreted elements.
