My role involved managing and controlling safety and operational indicators, as well as being responsible for awareness programs and addressing behavioral deviations.
I worked closely with Yards and Terminals to ensure a safe and efficient operation, always aiming for customer satisfaction. I was also in charge of tools that manage schedules, vacations, days off, exams, and other rights and obligations, ensuring the satisfaction and productivity of the train drivers under my leadership.
I conducted evaluations and provided continuous feedback to the team, as well as leading operational audits focused on ensuring an accurate logistical process, using Lean methodologies.
