Supervisor responsible for optimizing the design of equipments, ensuring validation with suppliers, and preparing the factory for the reception of equipments for a new large-scale production line. My role included the installation and assessment of interferences with already operational sectors, as well as conducting primary field tests. I was also responsible for recruiting and training operational teams, for the startup of the line in an accelerated curve, and for stabilizing and controlling parameters, ensuring that the expected yield was achieved.

I maintained direct interaction with various factory sectors, including Safety, Quality, Planning, and Operations, to ensure that the new line began its activities with high performance and low impact on the ongoing operational lines. After commissioning, I took the lead of the Kit Kat 3 and 4 Line Teams, managing indicators and being responsible for the performance of the operational team, always aligned with the widely used TPM methodologies in the operation.

Key Accomplishments:

• Led the design, implementation, and commissioning of the Kit Kat 4 Line within the stipulated deadline.

• Surpassed the production startup curve target of the Kit Kat 4 Line by 8.6%.

• Implemented Digital tools, promoting autonomous data collection and operator interactivity.

• Validated Step 4 of TPM on the Kit Kat 3 Line and Step 3 on the newly installed Kit Kat 4 Line.

Production Leader with an emphasis on control of operations and KPIs, always prioritizing safety and seeking technical solutions to problems. Active member in the WCM team, especially in the Environment Pillar and in leading Autonomous Management projects focused on safety and productivity.

My responsibilities included managing inventories and local logistics processes, applying knowledge of the SAP System (ERP) to control the flows of raw materials, finished products, and consumables in the areas where I worked. Additionally, I maintained constant interaction with the Production Planning team, ensuring effective monitoring of operations. I was also responsible for internal audits, such as the WCM certifications from Saint-Gobain, and external audits, including Brazilian regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with certifications, operational authorizations, and the management of controlled products in the Coater and Laminated sections. Furthermore, I led the Emergency Brigade activities during drills, ensuring that the team was always prepared for critical situations.

• Surpassed the production target by 18.4% between 2019 and 2021.

• Achieved Silver Certification in WCM for the Coater and Laminated Lines.

• Led Autonomous Management Improvement projects using the WCM Methodology in the area of Safety and Productivity in the Laminated Line.

• Improved maintenance levels, shifting focus to preventive maintenance in the Laminated Line, resulting in consistent production and effective control of breakdowns.

Coordinator of the Railway Operations team in Santos region, leading a team of over 80 train drivers responsible for the movement of trains between Cubatao, Santos, and Guaruja. My role involved managing and controlling safety and operational indicators, as well as being responsible for awareness programs and addressing behavioral deviations.

I worked closely with Yards and Terminals to ensure a safe and efficient operation, always aiming for customer satisfaction. I was also in charge of tools that manage schedules, vacations, days off, exams, and other rights and obligations, ensuring the satisfaction and productivity of the train drivers under my leadership.

I conducted evaluations and provided continuous feedback to the team, as well as leading operational audits focused on ensuring an accurate logistical process, using Lean methodologies.

Key Accomplishments:

• 15% increase in cargo volume in Santos region over a period of 2 years.

• Significant reduction in accidents and incidents involving the team’s train drivers.

• Modernization of schedules and vacation control, resulting in increased operational performance.

Through data analysis, I implemented and managed new service methods at the port terminals, resulting in a significant increase in unloading capacity and productivity. Additionally, I led the innovation of procedures and conducted audits of railway operations in the northern yards.

I was also responsible for training field teams, promoting the development of leadership skills within the engineering team. During this period, I completed a postgraduate degree in Railway Engineering, with an emphasis on Logistics, and I became certified in a Lean Six Sigma project, with proven results. My professional journey began in the trainee program in 2015.

Key Accomplishments:
