• Spearheaded the creation and institutionalization of a comprehensive governance process for Data & Analytics initiatives. This framework was instrumental in unlocking the value of data across the organization, enabling more informed business decisions.
• Played a pivotal role in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Microsoft Data Catalog as a cornerstone of the data governance strategy. This tool significantly enhanced data management practices by establishing clear roles and responsibilities, including Data Steward, Data Expert, and Data Owner, fostering a culture of data democratization within the company.
• Led the DevOps implementation for Power BI, now actively used by over 27,000 users. This initiative supported the creation of an advanced analytics environment, housing over 10,000 reports across various Power BI Premium capabilities, further driving data accessibility and business intelligence.
• Participated in the change process, including training and communication efforts, to ensure smooth adoption of the new analytics framework. Focused on empowering users with the knowledge and tools necessary to leverage data effectively in their day-to-day operations.

• In my role as a Senior Project Manager, I led a strategic program focused on the modernization of a large-scale data center infrastructure for Vale. This initiative aimed at reducing the physical hardware footprint through virtualization, cloud migration, and simplification of the IT environment.

Key accomplishments include:

• Functioned as the primary liaison between our internal teams and external vendors, driving the technical decision-making process.
• Successfully managed the migration of 489 physical servers and the virtualization of an additional 256 servers. This significantly enhanced the data center's efficiency, scalability, and resilience, supporting the company's broader cloud adoption strategy.
• Managed project scope, timeline, and budget in alignment with company objectives. Coordinated resources across multiple departments and teams to ensure successful project completion. Collaborated with stakeholders to develop realistic expectations for deliverables.

As a Delivery Manager, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of a large-scale outsourcing engagement for a major client.
