- Development of inbound and outbound logistics flow projects for the Stellantis customer supply chain, focusing on continuous improvement, cost reduction and optimization of domestic and imported flows.
- Complete project management, interacting with other business areas in structuring projects, assisting in managing scope, deadline and costs, from the initial study to post-implementation monitoring.
- Development and presentation of project proposals for approval by interested parties.
- Analysis and consolidation of operational data to study project possibilities.
- Monthly monitoring of implemented projects, comparing expected results with those achieved and making adjustments when necessary.
- Identification of opportunities for improvement through KPL analysis, holding workshops and working in the field.
- Collaboration with other areas involved in projects for structuring, scope management, monitoring deadlines and cost control, and in preparing project monitoring reports and designing operational flows.

-Working in the company's logistics and supplies area, participating in production planning and control, component maintenance planning and also in expert assessment and mechanical assembly processes; Study of times and movements carried out in factory activities, reducing unproductivity related to human fatigue and optimizing production.

-Prospecting and qualifying leads (pre-sales) and costumer success (post-sales), assisting in attracting new customers, providing new ideas and creating automations for sending email marketing and follow-ups that optimize the process and also in negotiating contracts with companies throughout Latin America.
