Graduated in Pedagogy from Federal University of Paraíba, with a specialization in Special Education, she is interested in the fields of inclusive education, child development, and pedagogical mediation. Since early childhood, reading has been an important part of her life, having learned to read at the age of three through the influence of her grandmother, who was a teacher and inspired in her a deep love for education and learning. She grew up in a rural district, where she faced a demanding study routine, leaving home at 6 a.m. and returning only at 6 p.m. During her final year of high school, she balanced school with a preparatory course for the ENEM national exam, often arriving home close to midnight before restarting the same routine the following day. Despite the challenges, her dedication led to her acceptance into the university and degree program she had always desired.
Upon entering university, she maintained her commitment to academic and professional development. Between 2022 and 2026, she participated in a teaching, research, and extension project focused on supporting children and adolescents living in foster care institutions, developing activities related to pedagogical mediation, tutoring, and educational workshops. During this period, she actively contributed to academic research and to the annual publication of books organized by the project, experiences that significantly enriched her academic background and strengthened her critical and socially sensitive perspective on education.
She is certified as an ABA Therapist Practitioner and works as a School Therapeutic Assistant (AT), developing practices aimed at supporting children in educational settings, with a focus on promoting learning, autonomy, and inclusion. Seeking to deepen her knowledge, she also completed training in Developmental Neuroscience, an area that has always attracted her interest.
In addition, she developed a project at an institution for blind individuals, where she produced an audiobook featuring poems written by a blind girl. This experience reinforced her commitment to inclusive and accessible educational practices. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Neuropsychopedagogy, aiming to further expand her knowledge regarding development, learning, and educational intervention strategies focused on the comprehensive support of children and adolescents.
