  • Implement the level 3 Support in region (improving the level of service and customer engagement) and increase the hit rate of the sales team to 80% before was 52% (creating commercial proposals meeting 100% of the customer's specification, minimizing deviations from addendum hours that would result in a negative margin on the project).

  • Data center migration highlighted: Data migration project from Carrefour's data center to IBM in Hortolândia, with no impact on head office or store operations.
  • Creation of the first specific pricing system for hypermarkets, exported to Asia, and Europe.
