Strategic HR Leadership

Learning & Development

  • Designed and executed a national mentoring program in Brazil, reaching 80% employee participation over three years.
  • Contributed to the design of the global people leaders strategy, resulting in the creation of two flagship programs: Manager Connects and Courageous Conversations.

  • Created a comprehensive local HR dashboard that was later adopted by global HRBPs and teams, standardizing performance tracking and reporting across regions.
